A former partner in the Houston office of Locke Liddell & Sapp LLP (now Locke, Lord, Bissell & Liddell LLP), Rob has emphasized business and commercial litigation and appellate work in his twenty-plus years of practice. 

A University of Texas law and communication graduate (JD, PhD), the Senior Partner at Stewart & Wiley, he has tried, appealed, and settled hundreds of cases in a variety of business and commercial contexts.

Rob’s practice emphasizes energy, telecommunications, construction, appellate work, and general commercial litigation.
